Dragged a 200Ah Fogstar Drift LiFePO4 off the narrowboat and bunged it in the shed — runs the laptop, monitor, a small fan heater on low, and the LED strips no bother. Victron SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 doing the charging off two 175W panels on the roof.
Only wrinkle is the fan heater (750W) pulls it down sharpish on a grim January day when the panels are basically ornamental. Wondering if anyone's added a small grid-tied backup charger or just accepted the wool jumper as the solution.
Curious what you lot are running in terms of loads — is a second 200Ah battery the obvious answer or am I missing a trick?
