Measurement's crucial mate. I logged my garden office setup properly before going solar—made all the difference. Cheap clamp meter from Screwfix sorted it. Spot on about measurement. I've got a clamp meter permanently in my motorhome toolkit now. Made a massive difference when I was sizing batteries for the shepherds hut—turns out my old assumptions were miles off. The fridge genuinely pulls double what I'd guessed. Cheap Victron BMV logger sorted it quickly, then everything else fell into place.
