Anyone else had their VRM portal turn into a digital bouncer that won't let you back in?
My remote VEConfigure session on the static is completely bricked with that lovely Error 1391 — "installation already running another request" — which roughly translates to "Victron thinks you're already fiddling with something, even though you absolutely aren't."
Tried the obvious stuff:
- Closed the browser, reopened, still locked
- Logged out of VRM completely and back in
- Waited a good 20 minutes hoping it'd time out on its own (it did not)
- Briefly considered just driving out to the van and doing it locally like some sort of peasant
The Cerbo GX is sat up on the moor with a perfectly decent 4G signal, VRM showing it online and happy, but the moment I try to push a new VEConfigure profile it just throws that error straight back at me.
From what I can piece together, a previous session didn't close cleanly — maybe a dodgy signal blip mid-session — and now the system thinks there's already a job queued. There doesn't seem to be an obvious "cancel pending request" button anywhere in VRM that I can find.
Has anyone cracked this without physically going to site? I've seen vague mentions of rebooting the GX device remotely fixing it, which I can do via VRM... but slightly nervous about bouncing the Cerbo while the batteries are mid-cycle.
Would love to know if there's a cleaner fix before I burn an afternoon's petrol on a 45-minute drive just to unplug and replug a computer the size of a biscuit tin.
