About the Argofet 200-3 Three batteries 200A
The Victron Argofet 200-3 allows simultaneous charging of three batteries from a single alternator without interconnecting them. Unlike diode-based isolators, FET technology provides virtually zero voltage loss — less than 0.02V at low current and averaging just 0.1V at higher currents — so no alternator output voltage adjustment is needed. The alternator energize input provides a current-limited feed to B+, ensuring the alternator starts charging even with the isolator in circuit. Automatic load disconnect functionality protects the starter battery from being drained by accessory loads. With a 200A rating, it suits larger marine and vehicle installations with heavy charging demands. Rated for both 12V and 24V systems.
