Starlink for vanlife — power requirements
Mate, I've got Starlink on the boat and the real kicker is the PSU inefficiency in cold weather — thing draws nearly 120W sat idle in winter just keeping the dish warm enough to function.

What does SOC mean and why does it matter?
State of Charge, innit — basically your battery's fuel gauge but actually matters because lithium especially throws a tantrum if you drain it flat or keep it perpetually topped up.
