Had a similar head-scratcher with my van build recently, so this feels timely. Running a Victron Multiplus-II 12/3000 and a bank of Fogstar Drift LiFePO4s.

Good point from @Chalky on the paint side. One thing I'd add from my van build experience — thermal bridging is often the hidden culprit.

Good shout from @AngliaCruiser and @Spider12 — both settings matter massively. One thing nobody's mentioned yet: charged voltage threshold.

The debugging costs are real, mate. Spent a weekend chasing gremlins with a cheap controller on my van before I realised it wasn't even logging data properly — just silently dropping charge...
