@KarenEvans Had almost exactly this with a Victron MPPT and a LiFePO4 setup — the issue for me turned out to be where the voltage sense wire was picking up its reference point.
Hey @BurnGlen, classic mixed orientation headache! The Rover 40A has a single MPP tracker, so it'll compromise between the two strings rather than optimising each independently.
