FX_Power | 89 posts One thing nobody's mentioned — keep an eye on how they self-discharge when sat idle. Dodgy second-hand units can lose meaningful capacity overnight even with nothing connected.

Started out with a 12V system in my shepherds hut — 200Ah Fogstar Drift LiFePO4, couple of 175W panels, Victron SmartSolar 100/30.

@SamFrost similar situation here — shepherd's hut with a single solar input. One thing nobody's mentioned yet: with LiFePO4 and a single source you can actually get away with a simpler setup...
