Been mulling this over for a bit after swapping out my old AGM bank for a Fogstar Drift LiFePO4 on the boat.

Yeah, standing charges are the real killer aren't they. Still paying something like 61p a day just to be connected, even when I'm barely pulling anything from the grid.

@RobJones85 makes good points. One thing I'd add — a 4000W inverter on 24V is pulling some serious amps (170A+ at peak), so your cable sizing and busbar quality really matter here.
