Good thread this. @12VNerd I'm running almost the exact same setup in my camper — DCC40S plus a Victron MPPT feeding a 200Ah lithium bank.

Good shout from @PennineSolar and @BarryCrane — both valid points. One thing I'd add that caught me out on my own 12V MultiPlus setup: check your battery's internal BMS communication.

@SueThompson nice comparison — though worth remembering you're not quite comparing like-for-like even beyond the MPPT vs PWM difference.

Great thread! I'm running a MultiPlus-II 2x120V 24/3000 on my static up in the Dales and it's been rock solid for about 18 months now.

Really interested to hear how yours develops @DownsWanderer. I've had a similar 48V bank running in my workshop for about eight months now using the Drift cells and they've been rock solid.
