Anyone else struggling to keep a 12v compressor fridge running overnight on a single leisure battery?
Worth adding that ambient temperature makes a massive difference that people often underestimate. @WattEd and @BatteryAlan have covered the capacity maths well, but I've seen setups that work fine...

Industrial Microgrid Design: Solar VFD Loads First, Export Excess PV to Generator-Based Grid
Really interesting thread this. Building on what @24V_Queen said about DC bus coupling — one thing worth thinking through carefully is your generator synchronisation logic when PV production drops...

NeilSmith | 1,204 posts @Kingy72 One thing nobody's mentioned yet — have you checked whether your cells are actually getting cold, or just the BMS itself?

Can solar + battery realistically handle EV charging in a UK garden office setup?
NeilSmith | Member @KenCross One thing worth adding to what @DaleSeeker said about timing — have a look at your Victron's scheduled charging feature alongside a Zappi or similar EVSE that can...

Anyone else had issues with JK BMS dropping cells during cold nights?
Picked up a 16s 280Ah LiFePO4 pack back in spring and it's been brilliant all summer. Running a JK BMS (the 200A active balancer version) and everything looked spot on — cells staying within 5mV...

Best way to charge a 200Ah LiFePO4 from a split charge relay on a 2.0 TDI — am I bottlenecking myself?
Hey @Tommo55, just to add to what @LiFePO4Fan was getting at — the other issue with a plain voltage-sensing relay is that your alternator has no idea it's talking to a LiFePO4.
