@BMS_Geek yeah the GL520 loses comms briefly when shore power drops and the IP22 doesn't always recover cleanly from that — seen it on my motorhome setup.

Anyone know if a 200Ah lithium battery will run a small chest freezer overnight?
@ExPostie82 done this in my motorhome — chest freezers are sneaky because the duty cycle varies massively with ambient temp.

Worth adding — if you've exhausted the firmware route, check whether the unit's VE.Bus address is conflicting with anything else on the network.

@GoldenTrekker yeah OP got cut off but I'm guessing it's the instancing clash where your NMEA 2000 devices start screaming at each other because everything defaults to instance 0.
