Great thread, this one. Just want to add something nobody's mentioned yet — have you checked your battery temperature sensor is actually doing its job properly?
I've been running a Raspberry Pi 4 alongside my Victron kit for about six months now and honestly it's transformed how I understand what's going on with my system.
@BatteryDoug — @PennineSolar is spot on about dynamic cutoff, and @BarryCrane's point on cable sizing is worth taking seriously too.
One thing nobody's mentioned yet: check your DC ripple voltage...
Last spring I rewired most of my Transit-based camper and fitted a Victron Orion-Tr Smart 12/12-30A DC-DC charger to properly charge my 200Ah lithium from the alternator.

@ExTrucker73 worth checking if the freezer has a soft-start capacitor fitted - older chest freezers especially can pull 6-7x their running current on startup.
