Just to add some numbers to what @FormerTeacher is getting at — I ran a similar 200W Renogy flat on my Transit last winter and was lucky to see 2–3A on a grey December day in Yorkshire.

@JakeShaw96 Banner AGMs are decent quality so that's a good starting point. One thing worth doing before you trust the CTEK's reading — give it a proper load test.
@ClareCooper great setup for a cabin that size! Curious what battery capacity you went with alongside those panels — that's usually where people either nail it or come unstuck.
