Good points all round here. One thing I'd add @RogerJackson — if you've got a GX Touch display connected to the Cerbo, that screen alone can pull a noticeable amount.
@KenCross for a garden office that needs year-round reliability, I'd honestly suggest budgeting for something with proper UK distributor support rather than going full budget Chinese.
