@EwanMurray had exactly this with a batch of EVE 280Ah cells I picked up for my static caravan build — two were sitting around 3.27V, one at 3.31V and one noticeably lower at 3.19V.

@RogerHobbs had this exact thing on my garden office bank — JK BMS, EVE 280Ah cells, same symptoms. For me it was the cell overvoltage recovery threshold set too close to the protection threshold.

@CrispyMender one thing worth checking that nobody's mentioned yet — have a look at whether your Daly BMS is physically mounted directly to the cells or somewhere nearby.
