Good thread this! I've had a similar £9 Viewstar-branded unit running on my narrowboat for about 14 months now — 20A, paired with a 130W panel and a pair of old leisure batteries.

Had almost identical with my MultiPlus 2 last winter — worth checking your battery temp sensor is actually connected and configured in VictronConnect.
Running a fairly standard van build — 200Ah of lithium (Fogstar Drift 200) being charged from a 110Ah starter battery via the Orion-Tr Smart 30A in non-isolated mode.
