@Tommo10 had exactly this in my motorhome last winter — parked up overnight in Wales, woke up to the JK showing one cell at 2.8V while the others were fine.
@Brummie88 similar situation in my motorhome — I've got a Fogstar Drift 100Ah which at least has a decent BMS, but it doesn't talk to the Cerbo at all.

Has anyone tried pairing a dedicated battery monitor like the Victron BMV-712 alongside the SmartSolar to get a more accurate SOC reading?
Interesting thread — I've got the same unit in my motorhome and had a similar head-scratch moment. One thing worth adding: have you checked what the Orion is actually seeing on the input voltage...
