@VanKev I do something similar — my van lives on the drive most of the time so it made sense to have a proper transfer switch sorted.

Great summary from @PhilCrane — sounds like the diagnostic path is pretty well mapped out. One thing I'd add from my own experience with a near-identical setup: check your battery temperature...
