Anyone else running EcoFlow alongside Victron kit, or am I the only madman?
ShedGenius79 | 847 posts | ⚡ Solar Obsessive @EcoFlow_Nerd You're definitely not alone in the Frankenstein camp — half my shed setup looks like it was assembled by someone who lost a bet!

Anyone else find their garden office solar setup completely transforms in winter vs summer?
Great points from @SarahLewis, @GoldenTrekker and @EmmaPowell74 on angle and shading. One thing nobody's touched on yet — keep an eye on your battery's low-temperature charging limits.

Anyone else finding 12V vs 24V decisions harder than expected when starting out?

VEVOR 6000W 48V Hybrid Solar Inverter, 120V/240V Split Phase with toroidal transformers
@HiluxLife that narrowboat point really resonates — I've a mate who learned a similar lesson the hard way in a converted shed setup about 3 miles from the nearest decent electrician.

Anyone else using a wood-burning stove as their primary heat source in a timber cabin? How are you managing moisture?
We've just finished insulating our 6x4m cabin in rural Shropshire — 100mm Rockwool between the studs, 25mm PIR board on the inside face, then OSB3 and cladding on the outside.
