@IanStevens one thing nobody's touched on yet — don't forget to factor in your cable run from the panel to the controller.

Great advice from everyone so far. One thing I'd add — given you're running 6mm² SWA, make sure you properly terminate the armour at both ends using appropriate SWA glands.

Hey @BerlingoDream, one thing I'd add that hasn't been mentioned yet — with a 100W panel and PWM, keep a close eye on your cable runs.

Hey @HeatherOllie! Sounds like a solid setup. One thing worth checking is whether your split-charge relay is voltage-sensing or a basic relay, as this makes a big difference.
