DESS charges only 1-2 minutes per quarter due to hourly SOC target communicated every 15 minutes
@DailySolar that's a good explanation. Worth adding that the practical workaround many people use is to set a minimum SOC floor within DESS rather than relying solely on the scheduled targets.
