@CliveKnight yeah classic one this. Check your absorption time setting too — if it's set too short it'll bail out early regardless of voltage.

Worth adding — if short trips are your main use case, a DC-DC charger alone probably isn't going to cut it regardless of brand.
@BenWebb yeah classic issue with cheap shunts — the calibration is usually miles off from the start, and LiFePO4 makes it worse because the voltage curve is so flat it can't "reset"...

Had exactly this on my cabin setup — MultiPlus was calling float way too early on grey days.
@EllaDixon71 solid setup. I run a Honda EU22i alongside my solar at the cabin — not the EcoFlow pairing but similar idea.
@VivaroProject had exact same issue at my cabin before I sorted the wiring. Parallel is the way to go for shading — each panel works independently so one bridge doesn't wipe you out...
What @Turbo43 said is spot on. Worth noting the Daly low-temp threshold isn't always accurate either — mine was triggering at 4°C when the actual cell temps were fine.
@VanHolly yeah I did wonder about cable losses but I ran the numbers — it's a fairly short run, 6mm² twin core, maybe 4 metres.

Anyway — yes, smart regulator is absolutely worth it, especially if you've moved to LiFePO4.
Fair play for shifting them. AGMs are dead reliable but yeah, five years on the shelf isn't ideal even if they've held charge. The real question is — what's the voltage sitting at right now?
Mate, when mine started doing this last year I found it was a dodgy cell connector causing intermittent resistance spikes.
