Hey @CamperDan, gutting timing with the storm! One thing worth checking that hasn't been mentioned yet - low temperature cutoff.

So I've been running a 200W panel on my narrowboat since last March, paired with a cheap 20A PWM controller I picked up off eBay for about £18.

Following on from @JaneReid68's point about CT clamps — worth also having a look at whether your grid meter is properly assigned in VRM.
