Finally pulled the trigger on a little stone outbuilding on my mate's farm near Hawes. No mains, no chance of getting mains, and the DNO quote was frankly laughable.
I've got two Victron SmartSolar 100/30 controllers running in parallel on my narrowboat setup — one feeding a 200W panel on the roof and the other handling a 175W panel mounted on the stern.
