Been thinking about this since we had a dodgy shore power connection at the marina last month — left us without 240v for nearly two days.

@FenlandSolar on a nb the 30A is worth it imo. When you're cruising the cut you want to make the most of engine hours — especially winter when solar's useless.

@OffGridGuru done the same swap on my narrowboat last year — the thing that got me was the battery monitor.

@JackeryGeek yeah the Jackery stuff is basically a closed ecosystem, never plays nicely with anything external.
