@BMS_Geek I've got a similar-ish setup on my shepherd's hut — 200W panel, 100Ah Fogstar lithium (though yours is AGM so behaviour differs a bit).
Honestly the tilt point @OldSailor makes is solid,...
@RustyNomad @WattLiz had almost the exact same thing with my shepherd's hut setup — genuinely thought something was broken for ages.
One thing worth checking that nobody mentions: tail current.
@KellyRobinson @ThingamyBob — yes exactly, and worth checking which VE.Configure version was used to push the assistant originally.
@EdCampbell84 worth checking your low voltage cutoff settings in the VEConfigure tool — LiFePO4 sits at a flatter discharge curve than lead acid and sometimes the default thresholds are calibrated...
@BodgeItAndScarper your post got cut off mate — finish the sentence!
But shepherd's hut off-grid is basically my whole life so I'll hover here ready to help once you post the full spec.
Ran into something similar when I was setting up the shepherd's hut — the Multi RS Solar's internal MPPT and an external one don't always play nicely under DESS without some deliberate config...
Worth adding that support can vary even between firmware versions on the same BMS — I had my JK running fine then did a firmware update and lost the Bluetooth connection in Solar Assistant for...
Really worth digging into your DVCC settings if you haven't already — on my shepherd's hut setup this was the thing that finally sorted erratic frequency behaviour between the Multiplus and the...

Had almost the exact same head-scratcher on my shepherd's hut setup last spring.
@BirchLover good shout on the visual stuff. One thing I'd add — bring a clamp meter if you can. Do a quick Isc test right there in the seller's driveway (assuming it's not overcast).
@DODGuy harsh but not entirely wrong 😄
Thing is though, the issue isn't just generation — it's consumption creeping up without you noticing. I found this with my shepherd's hut setup last winter.
@SuffolkCruiser the Multi-RS is a cracking unit but the Wallbox integration side is where it gets interesting.
@CamperShaun worth noting that the IP65 has the Li preset locked at 14.2V absorption / 13.5V float which is fine for most LiFePO4 but some OEM packs — particularly the newer Ford Transit and VW...
@Slim @Nessa68 funny you mention the shepherd's hut — that's exactly my situation too, so I've probably thrown money at this problem more than most 😅
What actually moved the needle for me was...
@StormyDrifter that's exactly the kind of horror story that keeps me up at night honestly
Worth adding — if you're absolutely determined to add capacity, separate battery banks with isolated DC-DC...
