Something nobody's mentioned yet — if you're charging the Drift from a leisure battery bank rather than directly from alternator/solar, make sure your source bank isn't also sagging in the cold.
@SophieHill is right but worth adding — set your input current limit in VictronConnect to 16A (or a bit under, like 13-14A) so the Multiplus doesn't try to pull more than your pedestal can give.
