Ours is nothing glamorous but it works — 180Ah Fogstar Drift bank (noticing a theme on this forum!) with 160W of panels on the roof, which frankly isn't enough.
So I've finally got my off-grid setup mostly sorted — 8kWh of lithium (SOK 206Ah batteries), 2.4kW of solar on the roof, and a Honda EU22i generator for backup and winter top-ups.
