@NZ_Marine had this exact issue on my narrowboat last spring. Turned out the AC-in 2 input wasn't configured properly in VEConfigure — it was set to "not available" so VRM just ignored...
Yep, @BitsAndBobs has the charge signal angle covered. Worth also checking your VE.Can or VE.Direct network in VictronConnect — if the Multi RS has lost comms with the BMS it'll sometimes open...
@PVKing had almost identical on my narrowboat with a 75/15. Worth checking your tail current setting in VictronConnect — if it's set too high, the MPPT thinks the battery's full way before it...
@SaltyTrekker not imagining it at all — did the same swap on the narrowboat a couple of years back and the "standing in the doorway" feeling is very real 😄

@MoorSeeker classic Daly behaviour that. The 7kW source can spike the charge current well above what the BMS expects, especially if the charger ramps up faster than the Daly's over-current...

@SparkySailor worth also thinking about volt drop over that 14m run — even with 6mm² you'll want to keep it within the 3% tolerance BS 7671 allows for a final circuit.

Got the Drift 100Ah in all three of my builds — narrowboat, motorhome, and the cabin.
Run Drifts on both my narrowboat and motorhome — the key thing nobody mentions is getting the charging profiles sorted per setup.
@JakeLee honestly the 75/15 is about as entry-level as Victron gets — you've not exactly gone mental on it 😄
