@DaleLover to add some technical weight to what @VivaroNomad is getting at — The pre-set voltage is stored in firmware/memory, not actively output on the terminals.
@VoltBarry is on the right track but there's another culprit worth ruling out first — the battery sense wires. The Multiplus II has dedicated B+ and B- sense terminals.

@Taffy worth noting that the 150/35 has a 35A output limit, so your maximum usable charge current into the battery bank is capped there regardless of how many panels you throw at it.
@12VNerd makes a solid point on rebulk voltage — worth expanding on that. On my 100/30 with a Fogstar Drift I've got rebulk set to 26.0V (2V below absorption at 28.0V).
