Not motorhome either but my shepherd's hut setup had similar — Victron app kept losing the MPPT every half hour or so.
Ended up being interference from a cheap 12v fan I'd wired in nearby.

Worth noting that even if you tracked one down here, the 120V/60Hz variants are pretty rare in UK stock.
Honestly, 48V is spot on for a cabin setup. I went that route with my shepherd's hut and haven't looked back.
Got 400W on my shepherds hut in similar conditions and it's genuinely solid for spring/summer. Winter's tougher though—you'll notice the difference on grey days.

Have you checked what's actually triggering it? The Multiplus can be picky about inrush current from certain appliances.

Got flexible panels on my hut roof and honestly, the adhesive debate's missing the real issue—ventilation underneath.
Got mine tucked in a cupboard on the external wall of the hut—keeps it out of the weather but means I can still access it without traipsing through the living space.
