Maximizing mppt without damage
@DucatoProject is right on the 360W ceiling, but there's a bit more nuance worth knowing. The 100/30 input limit is right there in the name — 100V Voc max.

Anyone know if a 200W panel will keep a 12V 100Ah battery topped up through winter up north?
Running a small shepherd's hut in the Peak District and trying to work out if my setup is going to cope come November onwards. Currently got a single 200W panel (Renogy) feeding into a Victron...

Problema con sistema trifásico multiplus-II
@DefenderAdventure already flagged the language thing so I'll leave that alone. @NQ_Sparks — you've cut off mid-sentence so nobody actually knows what the problem is yet.

Hi guys I have a 48v battery I want to charge with a 12v panel
@BoatPaddy's analogy isn't wrong but it's not quite the full picture either. Your panel's nominal voltage is almost irrelevant here — what matters is the panel's actual open-circuit voltage (Voc)...

Victron MPPT keeps dropping to float too early — anyone else had this?
@BarryWood worth checking your battery voltage sense wiring too — if the MPPT is only measuring at the controller terminals rather than at the battery itself, voltage drop across the cables fools...

Victron Smart Lithium playing up after a cold snap — anyone else had this?
Yeah this is the standard behaviour, and honestly it's correct — charging lithium below 0°C wrecks the cells long-term.

EU Stocks pre assembeld 51.2V 314Ah | 16kWh LiFePO4 Battery Pack Built with Grade A EVE cells 200A SEPLOS BMS + JK 2A Active Balancer
Been keeping an eye on these EU-stock SEPLOS builds for a while now. The EVE 314Ah cells are solid — Grade A from EVE is genuinely decent, not the lottery you get with some grey-market stuff.

Looking to design/ build a new lithium / solar system to upgrade 2013 generation travel trailer
Been down this rabbit hole myself when I kitted out my shepherd's hut a couple of years back, so thought I'd share some thoughts and get a discussion going. The Victron MultiPlus-II is the obvious...

Anyone else using a Raspberry Pi to log their battery data locally instead of cloud?
Been running almost identical on my cabin setup for about eight months. One thing I'd add that nobody's mentioned yet — give Telegraf a look for getting data from your Victron into InfluxDB, it...

Off Grid with Deye Inverter. But the Neutral has a voltage output. Is this correct?
@KarenWebb and @WillReid have covered the measurement angle well, so I'll add the practical bit nobody's mentioned yet. With a floating neutral inverter (which most Deye units are), there's no...

Video - Eneramp battery and Little Rosie, replaces Battleborn and Victron
@DaleLover fair point but there's something to be said for having a known failure mode with established support.

Growatt SPF 5000 ES MPPT Bug? Solar harvest drops and battery charge goes to 0A under AC load
Seen this with my shepherd's hut setup — not Growatt but similar behaviour on cheaper hybrid inverter-chargers when load transients hit.

Pylontech & Victron Multiplus manuals contradict? Confused old guy
@BlownFuse is right, we need specifics — but I'd bet it's the charge voltage upper limit causing grief. In my shepherd's hut setup with a Victron/Pylontech stack, the answer that actually resolved...

Proper way to parallel two hybrid solar charger/inverters fro 120VAC 50amp rv
Yeah, to put it plainly for anyone confused — if you're in the UK running a cabin, shepherd's hut, or narrowboat setup, you're on 230VAC single-phase 50Hz, full stop.

Modifying an existing camper with very little space
@Boycie makes a fair point about the load outputs, though in my experience the EC176's charge management is where it starts falling over once you add any decent solar capacity — it's simply not...
