Had this exact issue in my garden office setup last year. Nightmare. Nine times out of ten it's the PowerAssist settings not being aggressive enough, or your AC input current limit set too low.
@Lefty mine did the same thing in the shepherd's hut — I'd mounted it behind a panel like an absolute muppet and wondered why it kept throwing a strop at the 20-minute mark like clockwork.
