Been there with a similar setup, @FenlandSolar! The cold morning issue is classic — panels produce noticeably higher Voc in low temperatures, sometimes 10-15% above their rated figures.

@BrambleElla good shout raising this — Solis's app hierarchy genuinely trips people up. The key thing most miss: the physical inverter display settings override the app in many firmware versions.
@CamperGeek yes, running repurposed Huawei telecom cells here in my Vivaro conversion — they're genuinely excellent chemistry (LFP, well-balanced from factory).
